Recruitment, Career Development, and Termination 

HS Orka always hires the most qualified individuals, and recruitment is based on the competence, education, and experience of the candidate. The current equality plan is always considered during recruitment. HS Orka welcomes new employees and ensures they receive appropriate information and job training. 

HS Orka supports the career development and education of its employees to enhance knowledge and professional competence, which is the responsibility of both employees and managers. Performance reviews are conducted at least annually, where the interests of employees and the company meet in discussions about mutual demands, expectations, and feedback. 

HS Orka aims for flexibility in termination if possible. Generally, the retirement age is set at 70, but adjustments to work hours before that age or beyond general age limits are considered based on the individual’s wishes, competence, and mutual benefit.
